Based on the work of Sue Johnson, PhD, author of Hold Me Tight and Love Sense, we'll use the highly-researched science of love and attachment to renew the ease and balance of your relationship. We'll work on communication, how to disagree, how to ask for your needs (even when it's tough) and how to restore your faith in this most important relationship.
For the last 14 years, I've had the honor of supporting hundreds of individuals to work on life's challenges, including depression, anxiety, past trauma, sleep disruptions, unhelpful habits emotional intelligence and career troubles. Together, you and I will set goals, notice what gets in the way and build new skills. We'll practice mindfulness and set boundaries so that you can create the life - and relationships - you deserve.
