We'll meet eight times, for about 1-1/2 hours each. This is an action-based program, and you'll have homework each week, where you'll explore some of the unhelpful myths of grief and loss, acknowledge the words that may or may not have been comforting, and discover new ways of finally feeling understood in a safe, supportive and confidential environment.
I think you'll find that your practice in these classes will flow right into having more genuine relationships with family, friends and work.
All spiritual beliefs are welcome in The Grief Recovery Method®. The classes are not based on any specific religious teachings. You may, though, have a deeply spiritual and transformational experience.
